The ability to see his own glory was taken away
When Adam and Eve listened to the snake who made us think we were horny
Horny to be as we weren't made to be
The pursuit of perfection made us see our real reflection
A perfect creation made by a perfect creator
He created a nation who was stained by its self perceived gory glory
We thought it would be okay to steal the real light away
And give the people artificial light

See we were created in his image and we thought that we had to improve apon a light that came along with our package
Instead of a real present we opened the rap age
The age of the generation who thinks there is no real light but all they had to do was step into the son
